If you completed two or more workouts in a single day, you can log them together as one workout, or you can log each of them as individual workouts.
To log the workouts together, simply log the workout as usual from your current workout plan, but adjust the reps and add additional exercises if needed.
To check the logged workouts of the day, click the journal button of the "Clients" tab of the Trainer Dashboard.
All of your logged workouts will appear under the "Journal" tab of the clients section. Any additional workouts logged will also be shown on the Journal for that day.
