How do I create and edit blocks on the web?

You can create and edit the blocks for each workout when you're creating a new workout plan and when you're logging a workout.

Here's how to create a new block when creating a new workout plan:

1. Make sure that block programming is enabled.

 

2. Click the "+ Add Block" link on the left sidebar menu.

 

3. Edit your block title, type, and rounds/timer if needed.

The new block will be selected by default.

 

Once you have your block settings ready, you can start to add exercises!
