A workout plan may use progression percentages to estimate the weight to assign for a specific exercise.
In this how-to guide, you will learn how to edit your 1-Rep Max information.
Step 1: Click the "Plans" tab from your Trainer Dashboard. Click your "Current Workout Plan" that you are following.
Step 2: The Plan's modal will pop-up. Scroll down until you reach the "Set up your Rep Maxes" header. Edit the rep max information to reflect your recent progress.
Step 3: Once you have finished updating your exercises' rep max information, scroll down and click the orange "Update Schedule" button to save changes.
