First, to view all the Blogilates workouts, type "Blogilates" into the search box on the "Plans" page and hit enter. Scroll through the resulting workouts until you find one that you want to follow. Run your cursor over the plan and click "View Details." Then click "Start this plan" on the top-left side of your chosen Blogilates workout plan page.
Once you follow a Blogilates workout plan, log the sets, reps, and weights you used for each exercise in the workout plan.
After you log your Blogilates workout, you will automatically be redirected to an overview of your workout in the "Journal" tab. From that tab, you can view the total number of calories burned during your workout, as well as the calories burned for each exercise.
