Have you ever wanted to follow more than one workout plan but weren’t quite sure how? Then this guide is perfect for you! Read through the simple steps below to start following multiple plans today!
Following more than one plan on Exercise.com is easy once you know how to get started. Here is an example of what it will look like for you to add multiple plans to your personal profile.
In this example, only one workout program is being followed. If you are currently following one plan, your page should look similar to this.
From here, click the “Plans” link at the top of your page (or just click here) to view all of the workout plans Exercise.com has to offer! Use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to see the types of plans you are looking for. This example, for instance, used a filter to see all of the free workout plans.
Once you’ve found a plan you would like to follow, simply click on it. You will be taken to a new page where you can view the workout summary, the workout goals, and much more. To begin following the plan, click “Start This Plan” at the top of the page.
In the new window that opens, be sure to check the box for any workout you would like to keep following before you click “Start this Workout Plan!” Otherwise, any plan you currently follow will be archived under “My Recently Followed Workout Plans.”
After you’ve followed these steps, you will notice that the plan has been added to your profile.
At this point, just click “Log Workout” and choose the plan you would like to use!
