How do I set up an exercise to be logged as "Each Side"?

Here's how to access your Trainer Dashboard “Plans” tab to set up an exercise to be logged as "Each Side." Step-by-step instructions are below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the Trainer Dashboard.

 

Step 2: Click on the “Plans” tab.

  

Step 3: Click the “Edit Plan” icon under the Actions column.

 

Step 4: Click on "Day" icon (top left corner).

 

Step 5: Click “Expand All” to expand all exercises.

You may also see “Collapse All” if they are already expanded. Also, if the workout is collapsed, you can expand individual exercises within the workout plan. Look for the arrow box in the top right corner of every exercise.

  

Step 6: Check the "Each Side?" box.

 

Step 7: Click on the “Published” button in the top right corner.

 

Step 8: Click on the blue “Re-Publish Plan” button in the middle of the pop-up module to finalize changes.

 

You can now edit a workout to include exercises to be performed on each side of the body!
