How do I view workout details and log a workout from the Journal?

From your Journal, you now have more access to view your workout plans!

You can now do the following from the Journal

Guide:

Step 1: Click on an exercise thumbnail to play a video

Step 2: Click an exercise link to go to the exercise's page

Step 3: Click on the "Print Workout" link to print a PDF version of the workout plan

Step 4: Click the "Hide notes & alternate exercises" to toggle between showing and hiding notes & alternate exercises

Step 5: Click the "Hide Workout Details ^" to collapse the view, or click the "Show Workout Details ˅" to expand the view
