How do I copy a workout plan on the Trainer Dashboard?

Start by clicking the "Plans" tab of your Trainer Dashboard.

1. Find the workout plan that you want to copy and click the "clone" icon under Actions.

The copied plan will appear in the list of "Plans" along with the original plan.

Once the plan is copied, You should update the plan's title.

2. Click on the plan title to open it in the Workout Plan Creator.

3. In the Workout Plan Creator, click the "edit" link next to the workout plan title, and update the title for your new workout plan. 

Adjust the sets, reps, weights, or workout days if needed. Your changes will be saved automatically.
