You can post your workouts to Facebook or other social networks at the end of your workout!

Step-by-Step Guide:

Website:

1. Log the workout as usual.

Begin to log a workout as you usually would, filling out sets, reps, weight, etc.

2. Make sure the "Post to Facebook" box is checked at the bottom of the logger view.

Before clicking "Log Workout" at the bottom of the workout logger, select the "Post to Facebook" option.

 

3. Log the workout.

Once the box is checked, click "Log Workout." Your workout will be logged, and it will appear on your Facebook account, as well as the site activity feeds.

 

iPhone App:

1. Log your workout like normal.

2. After your workout is logged, tap the share icon on the Workout Summary view.

 

3. Choose where you want to share the workout and confirm.

 

Android App:

1. Log your workout like normal.

2. After your workout is logged, tap the share icon on the Workout Summary view.

 

3. Choose where you want to share your workout and confirm.

Now you can show off all of your progress to your friends!
