Adding tags makes it easy to categorize your exercises, allowing you to quickly find them when creating a workout plan. 

Here's a quick overview of how to add tags, followed by the step-by-step breakdown: 

1. Navigate to your "Exercises" tab. 

Start from the Trainer Dashboard, and click "Exercises" on the left side menu.

2. You can either click on an existing exercise or select "Create New Exercise" to start from scratch. 


3. Create or search your tags.

Start typing to create a new tag or to search current tags. Push enter to create a new tag.       

4. Remember to click "Save" to save any changes.
