How to Create / Edit Blocks on iPhone

Here's how to create and edit blocks on the iOS app:

Step 1: Tap the wrench icon to open the "Edit Workout" view.

 

Step 2: To create a block, select the exercise(s) you want to add to the block, then tap the chain icon.

This creates a new block that consists of only the exercise(s) you selected.

 

Step 3a: To edit a block, tap any of the exercise names that are included in the block to highlight the entire block.

 

Step 3b: Tap the wrench icon to open the "Edit Block" view and make any necessary updates.

 

You can update the block title, block type, and rounds/timer if needed.

 

Step 3c: Tap "Done" to save any changes.

 

Step 3d: Tap "Done" on the "Edit Workout" view to confirm all changes and return to the logger.

Here's how to create and edit blocks on the Android app:

Step 1: Tap the wrench icon to open the "Edit Workout" view.

 

Step 2: To create a block, select the exercise(s) you want to add to the block, then tap the chain icon.
