Trainers can use our progression percentages when creating plans to convert a client's 1-Rep Max into a specific weight for them use when they do that exercise.

You can also edit your clients' rep-max information even when they are in the middle of a workout plan!

Here's how to update your client's 1-rep max information, starting from the Clients tab of your Trainer Dashboard:


Step 1: Click the gear icon under the Actions header for the client you want to edit.


Step 2: Click the "Workout Plans" tab on the left side menu.


Step 3: Scroll down to update their rep max information and make sure to save your changes.


You have now updated the 1-Rep Max information for your client!
