Here's how to re-send client invitation emails for billed and non-billed customers. Step-by-step instructions are below.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the “Clients” tab on your Trainer Dashboard.


FOR BILLED CLIENTS

Step 2 (Billed): Click “Re-send Invite” link below the “Actions” column.

 

FOR NON-BILLED CLIENTS

Step 2 (Non-Billed): Click the “Manage Client” icon for the client you wish to re-send the invitation email.

 

Step 3 (Non-Billed): Click the “Resend Email Invite” link.

The link is below the Client Action icons(top right).
