Have you ever decided to add an additional week to a workout plan, but the workout week is stuck at the bottom of the plan?
Now you can reorder the weeks of your workout plan! Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step 1: Click the up or down arrow on the far right side of the week to move it up or down.
To reorder a week within the workout plan, click the down or up arrows on the right-hand side of the week.
These buttons will reorder the week and move the week's workout days before the previous week or after the following week depending if you click the up or down arrow, respectively.
The image below demonstrates what happens when you click the down arrow associated with Week 1. The workout days for Week 1 and Week 2 have changed places.
