Here's how to access your Trainer Dashboard “Plans” tab to set up a workout plan to auto-import to a calendar in a series.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: From the Trainer Dashboard, click on the “Plans” tab.


Step 2: Create the plans you want to include in the series.


Step 3: Click the edit icon on the desired plan. 


Step 4: Click the workout plan’s “Settings” (top right corner) for the first plan


Step 5: Find “New Workout Plan to Automatically Start” and choose your plan then click “Save changes” (orange button, bottom middle).



Step 6: Click “Published” in the top right corner. 


Step 7: Click “Re-publish Plan” to finalize.


Step 8: Repeat as needed for multiple plans.


Step 9: Once your back to the Trainer dashboard, select the “Clients” tab.


Step 10: Click the “calendar icon” for any client.


Step 11: Select “Import Plan to Calendar” option (top right corner).


Step 12: Select a workout plan from the drop-down. Make sure you select the first workout plan in the series.


Step 13: To the right of “Schedule sequence?” make sure the “yes” radio button is selected.


Step 14: Click “Schedule” at the bottom.


Now you are able to set up a workout plan to auto-import to a calendar in a series saving you time and providing your clients with a top-notch experience with your workout plans.
