Have you ever found yourself in the middle of logging a workout and not know what weight amount you used the last time you logged the exercise? By tapping on the exercise history icon in the Mobile App, you can easily view your previously logged exercise.

To learn more about this exercise history feature, please select the mobile device that pertains to you: the iPhone App or the Android App.

View Exercise History in the  iPhone App:

From the "Log Exercise" view, tap the History Icon.

When logging an exercise in the iOS Mobile App, click the clock icon at the bottom of the screen to view your exercise history.

 

Now you can view the stats of your previously logged exercises.

View Exercise History in the Android App:

From the "Log Exercise" view, tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tap "History".

When logging an exercise in the Android Mobile App, click the three vertical dots icon at the top right of the screen. Then click "History" to view your exercise history.

 

Now you can view the stats of your previously logged exercises.
