To learn more about this favorite workouts feature, please select the mobile device that pertains to you: the iOS App or the Android App.

Find Favorite Workouts in the  iPhone App:

Step 1: Tap the Log button.

From the Dashboard of the Exercise.com app for iOS, tap the “Log” button near the top of the screen: 

 

Step 2: Choose the "Favorite Workout" option.

In the next screen, scroll down until you reach the “Favorite Workout” option. Select “Favorite Workout,” record a time, and then tap “Done.” 

 

When prompted, choose the workout from the list of favorite workouts that you wish to log. Then continue by logging the workout as usual.

Find Favorite Workouts in the Android App:

Step 1: Tap the Log button.

From the Dashboard of the Exercise.com app for Android, tap the “Log” button near the bottom of the screen:

 

Step 2: Tap the "A Favorite Workout" option.

Next, you will be prompted to select the workout plan that you wish to log. Select “A Favorite Workout” from the list.

 

Then choose a workout from the list of favorite workouts. Continue by logging the workout as usual.
